Your coin and note orders will be delivered in pre-prepared, sealed, tamper proof and barcoded bags. If you need bespoke denominations, simply tell us what your business needs and we will deliver.
Many businesses have a regular requirement for coins and notes to use in their tills at the start of each day. Sometimes this is managed centrally by head office, or individual outlets will be responsible for ordering their own. We can work with businesses that work operate both ways.

You can set as many locations as needed on our myLoomis Customer Portal and, once registered, simply log in to the 24-hour portal and place your order. You can then relax in the knowledge that we’ll deliver on-time and as requested.
We can provide the coin and notes you need directly from our cash processing centres and you can rely on us to supply bank notes of your required quantity and denomination - including new and ATM-fit notes for use in self-checkout terminals.
For businesses that take a large amount of coin, Loomis can collect daily or whenever banking is required, either as part of routine cash collection or using a specialist bulk coin vehicle, dependent upon the amount of coin to be collected.
When delivering and collecting coin Loomis assumes full liability whilst it is in our care, offering customers the same stringent levels of security as our Cash and Valuables in Transit service.
