Loomis’ code of conduct mirrors our fundamental values. It assures high business ethics, care for our employees, and concern for the environment. The code serves as guidance for all employees and can be summarized as follows:

Loomis shall never accept unethical behaviors.
We are always working on our values and code of conduct. They are thoroughly discussed in the introduction to the company for new employees, and they include education and leadership development. We place great emphasis on cautiousness and control in the recruitment of new employees. All new recruits undergo basic training and participate in recurring training sessions afterwards.
If suspicion of unethical behavior arises, and an employee does not want to report to the closest superior, there is an internal reporting tool called Loomis Integrity Line. Anyone working within the Loomis Group is entitled to use this tool and draw attention to the actions that do not fit our corporate values and code of conduct.
Regarding our commitment to our values and code of conduct, we should note that Loomis signed a Global Agreement with Union Network International and the Swedish Transport Workers Union in December 2013. Signing this agreement strengthened Loomis’ position in regards to social responsibility.
