As Head of Retail and New Business for Loomis I have a wide ranging role which encompasses a range of customer care, retention and business development activities.

I’m a proud Yorkshireman with two children and passion for Hull City!
Q: What attracted you to Loomis?
I began my career with Loomis 17 years ago as a Driver Guard, having made the move to Loomis from McDonalds. I’d been in management roles at McDonalds but felt the need for a change, a new focus and a new industry.
My progression in Loomis typifies the way in which the company opens up opportunities for people that want to take them; from Driver Guard I went on to work in Operations and various branch management and area roles, before being offered a new role as Mi and Data Manager for the UK. This led me to the Commercial Team and my role as Head of Retail and New Business.
Q: What is it like working at Loomis? What do you enjoy most about your role?
When people ask me what I like about Loomis it’s the variety, the fast pace and the great teamwork ethic we have here. No day is ever the same and as a team we are committed to delivering the best customer experience possible.
I really enjoy the customer engagement, it’s become a real passion, but I also get great satisfaction from working on developments behind the scenes, like the myLoomis customer portal, which provides an industry-leading level of customer services and management information.
To sum up my life at Loomis; never did I think back in 2008 I would be where I am today.
