  • View of the scheduled orders list: this has now been moved to the cash order management page, making it easier to view previously submitted orders. This is where orders can be edited or cancelled before the cut-off.
  • Order reference has now been replaced with ’Order placed by’ and is a mandatory field.
  • Log in through our website is now available at uk.loomis.com/loomis-difference/myloomis-customer-portal 

myLoomis is available on desktop and mobile and you can obtain cash and coin order reports (OSTAT reports), order consumables, and report discrepancies. SafePoint customers can request engineer support. We're adding more functionalities all the time. Keep up to date by checking out our socials…
