We are thrilled to announce that we are moving to an automated system for supplying the bags you need for your services.

Benefits of the New System:

Simplicity: Say goodbye to the task of placing bag orders.
Efficiency: Orders are automatically triggered when you have approximately three weeks' worth of stock left.
Accuracy: Our systems track the number of bags used since your last delivery for precise stock management.
Sustainability: By automating the process, we are also supporting our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals. This includes reducing waste and improving resource management, contributing to a more sustainable future.

How It Works:

  • Delivery verified by scanning the barcode on site.
  • Loomis scans each bag (ensure correct packing by viewing the following videos: How to Pack Bank Notes & How to Pack Coin and Cheques).
  • Each scanned bag is deducted from your stock levels.
  • The system calculates your average weekly bag usage.
  • When you have three weeks' worth of stock left, the system will automatically trigger an order for delivery the following week.
  • New stock level updated.
Important Information:

Please continue to order as you usually would, there is no need to order any extra bags as we are already monitoring the bags collected and your next scheduled order date. Any duplicated orders will be deleted and only one order will be processed.
