A little bit about me…
Hi, I’m Nathan Cassidy, Customer Experience Manager at Loomis UK. I’ve previously worked at Loomis — originally joining in 2015, working within ATM operations before moving into the Special Services side of the business. After exploring new opportunities, I was excited to return to Loomis — a company I already knew had a strong reputation in the industry — and I was confident I could excel with the talented team we have in place.
Outside of work, I’m usually found heading out on hikes with my greyhounds or hitting the gym — anything that keeps me active and ready for whatever the day brings.

Having worked at Loomis before, I already knew the company’s solid reputation and the supportive culture that surrounds it. That familiarity — combined with the opportunity to return and take on new responsibilities — made joining the team an exciting next step in my career.
Q: What is it like working at Loomis? What do you enjoy most about your role?
One of the things I enjoy most is that no day is ever the same — there’s always something new happening, and the pace keeps me on my toes. I’m also heavily involved in scene developments, which I find really exciting — being part of change and seeing improvement in action makes the role incredibly rewarding.
